Check where your order is. Send us your order reference and we will reply with the status.
Where to find your reference
Your order reference starts with SF-, for example SF-261020-AB12. It is shown when you send your order request and in every email we send you about the order.
When will I hear from you?
We reply on working days, usually within one working day. When your parts are dispatched, we email you the DPD tracking number so you can follow the delivery directly with DPD.
Order stages
- Request received — we check your file.
- Price confirmed — we email you the final price and date.
- In production — after payment, your part is being made.
- Inspected — your part is checked before dispatch.
- Dispatched — on its way with DPD next-day courier.
