1. Who we are

SnapForge ("we", "us") is an on-demand manufacturing service based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. Quotes

Prices shown on this website are estimates generated automatically from your file and chosen options. They are not an offer. A binding price, lead time and specification are confirmed by a SnapForge engineer in writing before production.

3. Orders

An order is formed only when we confirm it by email and payment (where required) has been received. Online payment is not yet available on this site.

4. Your designs

You keep all intellectual property in your designs. You confirm you have the right to have them manufactured. We use your files only to quote and make your parts. An NDA is available on request.

5. Quality guarantee

See our quality guarantee for details. Parts are inspected before dispatch. If a part doesn’t match your approved quote, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it or refund you (the "30-day remake or refund" promise). This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Delivery

UK delivery by courier. Delivery is free for orders of £150 or more (inc. VAT); otherwise a delivery charge is shown before you order. Ship dates are estimates.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
